Once we receive your completed paperwork, our claims processor will review and submit it. We’ll notify you when your claim is approved and send your portion after the recovered funds are received.

After receiving your signed Letter of Representation we verify Funds, title, liens, claim requirements, and other interests that may affect recovery are reviewed before proceeding.

From Verification to Recovery

You will receive a short set of forms to review and sign. After receiving your signed Letter of Representation, we verify the funds, title, liens, claim requirements, and other interests affecting recovery.

We then prepare the complete claim package and submit it to the appropriate agency on your behalf.

We advance all costs and legal expenses and are paid only when the funds are successfully recovered. If the claim is unsuccessful, you owe nothing.

We Complete the Recovery Process: Once your claim is approved and payment is received, we notify you and complete the final disbursement according to the terms of your agreement.

We remain in regular contact with the agency to keep the claim moving forward and promptly respond to any additional requests. Because surplus recovery is our specialty, we understand agency procedures and know how to navigate the process efficiently.

Timeframe: Processing times vary by jurisdiction and case complexity. Many claims are completed within approximately 30–90 days after submission, while others may take three to six months or longer.
